Wondering what a crepe is? Well, we like to call it the French burrito! It’s super simple, delicious, and versatile.

The crepe itself is used like a tortilla and is made by spreading our freshly made batter over a cast iron skillet/comal. Once the crepe is golden brown, we can fill it with almost anything you love to eat.

We serve a range of savory crepes, like our best-selling seasonal special menu item of lobster and veggies in a sweet and spicy sauce. We also have something for those with a sweet tooth, like our moreish banana and Nutella. Whatever your taste, there’s a crepe on our menu for you.

Order online here, or walk into the village and watch your crepe being made.

These delectable “donuts” are traditionally served as a breakfast food in Spain. Many Spanish churrerias open up early in the morning, to serve sweet and crispy churros with liquid chocolate and coffee (is anyone else feeling hungry all of a sudden?). If you don’t fancy them for breakfast, they also make a great dessert or snack, at any time of day.

We spent hours perfecting our recipe, to get the ultimate combination of a crispy cinnamon-sugar outside and a soft pillowy inside. You can enjoy our churros just as they are, or treat yourself to one of our speciality sauces; dulce de leche (caramel), belizean dark chocolate, or nutella.

This creamy, zesty, middle eastern dip has been around since the 13th century. We figure they’re doing something right if it’s still popular! Give hummus a try spread on a savory crepe – it’s delicious. Made using chickpeas, garlic, lemon and ground sesame paste; it’s rich, smooth, and packs a flavor punch.

Pesto is a vibrant green Italian sauce, made using basil, garlic, olive oil, and parmesan cheese. We love it for its mouth-watering freshness, adding a pop of flavor to any of our savory crepes.

Nina’s Colombian style caramel sauce is to-die-for. It’s rich, golden, decadent, and the perfect addition to our churros or sweet crepes. The problem we find is that we just keep going back for more…
